Turan Integration CIC was founded by philanthropist lawyer Malika Rakhmanova, who has over 15 years of professional legal experience in investment, corporate, and commercial law, including international commercial disputes and international arbitration.
Throughout her legal career, she represented the Government of Uzbekistan in international investment disputes and worked within key state institutions, including the Ministry of Justice, the Oliy Majlis (Parliament of Uzbekistan) and the National Agency of Project Management under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Alongside her professional work, Malika Rakhmanova has dedicated significant time to community support and public service. For the past five years in the United Kingdom, she has provided free legal advice and guidance to Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Tajik, Afghan, Turkic, and Russian-speaking communities.
Through direct engagement with migrant communities, she witnessed the difficulties many individuals and families face when adapting to life in the UK — including language barriers, lack of reliable information, social isolation, and vulnerability to unqualified advisers and fraudulent immigration consultants. Seeing people from similar cultural and linguistic backgrounds struggle to access trustworthy support became one of the main reasons behind the creation of Turan Integration CIC.
Driven by a strong commitment to community development, cultural understanding, and the shared historical heritage of the peoples of Turan, the founder established the organisation to provide structured, reliable, and community-focused support pathways.
The vision of Turan Integration CIC is to help individuals and families build stable, independent, and successful lives in the United Kingdom by connecting them with appropriate services, professional guidance, education, employment opportunities, and long-term integration support.
